The Grand Palace

Since 1782, the Grand Palace, a collection of structures in the center of Bangkok, Thailand, has served as the royal residence of the Siamese monarchs. For the Thai monarchy, it has great cultural value and is renowned for its exquisite architecture and meticulous Thai craftsmanship. The famed Emerald Buddha, which is thought to bestow blessings and prosperity onto Thailand and its people, is kept in the palace. Partitioned into sections such as the Inner Court, Central Court, Outer Court, and Temple of the Emerald Buddha, it continues to represent Thailand's spirituality and legacy.

You will encounter a variety of contrasting architectural styles when you visit the Grand Palace, which features designs influenced by many European architectural traditions. The Hall of Justice, the Amarinda Hall, which has been King Rama I's principal palace, and the Boromabiman Hall are some of the Grand Palace's main attractions.
