Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

One of the magnificent man-made wonders, the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, is divided into three sections that provide visitors who want to see Dubai's unbridled aquatic life with an enthralling display.

On the ground level of the Dubai Mall sits the enormous 10-million-liter tank known as the Dubai Aquarium. 140 kinds of thousands of fascinating marine animals are housed among fake coral in one of the biggest suspended aquariums, which is 51 meters long, 20 meters deep, and 11 meters high.

The aquarium's 33,000 colorful marine animals, which include 400 sharks and rays, giant sea bass, and shoals of oceanic fish, excite both children and adults. The tank is well-known for having the world's largest collection of Sand Tiger sharks. The largest acrylic panel in the world is available for free public viewing of the aquarium from the mall.

The 48-meter walk-through tunnel, which is situated on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall, transports guests on an enthralling voyage through marine life. It gives guests the opportunity to take pictures of aquatic life with their camera and provides a 270-degree view of the aquarium from 11 meters below the tank's surface.
